Are there any vac triggers for using a trainer in a multiplayer group?

To clarify a bit, yes, using a trainer in a VAC enabled game on a VAC enabled server would obviously be a very bad thing. That being said, Borderlands does not use VAC and the servers are all P2P, which are also not VAC enabled.

You actually could still use the trainer if you are the one hosting the game, but that would be pretty crappy of you to do. You could even mess up people that join your game using certain options, so just don't do it in multi-player ever. No risks associated with VAC for Borderlands, though.
