So I purchased one of the profile customization, specifically "Alias Change" which resulted PWizard sending me a PM asking for my new Alias name. Honestly I read the description for new alias and pretty much assumed we can change our username once. If it isnt, than itll be awesome if someone can correct me. If it is, then I have a problem.
I purchased the change alias three weeks ago and still havent seen my Alias name changed to the one I requested. I waited patiently, sending PWizard PMs wanting to know exactly what the situation was. I haven't received any confirmation nor response and keep getting my sent and inbox messages deleted. I know its just $4 but im still obligated to feel like I just got jacked.
