The funny thing is that you can actually play the game, you hear the "activated" voice and everything, it just doesn't give you the unlimited lives or ammo, etc.
This is the first time I have seen this, every time they update a game and you try to use the old trainer the game just crashes, not this time.
Great timing, Treyarch, just before Thanksgiving.

Confirmed.
It looks like they upgraded to a new version. I hope it fixes the crazy instability that many of us have been dealing with.
And maybe some thanks instead
