Can u please explain how to make unlimited turns on original version editor ?

Set "Used Turn Points" to zero after a move.

well when i change anything in that area it make the building process change from say 2 days to 40 and some time 400 days !? what is that

Never heard of this. Are you sure you're editing the turn points on a mission?
