There is that silly stupid gifting site... steamgifts as long as you have $100+ worth of games on your steam account they allow you to enter giveaways and at the moment its full of DOTA2 from what I heard.

i just downloaded it and alt tabbed when i saw the into movie part

u can download it from steam for free but u still need 2 log in :P

It's widely known that you can have DotA 2 in your inventory without having an invite...
