Why are you using internet explorer for downloading your files??!
you could use Firefox and a download manager for downloading your trainers! i am already uses them and haven't any problem!
Thats fair comment, however it was my antivirus causing the issue and its sorted now :-)

My AV is very severe! but i had no problem for downloading or using CH trainers!
i hope solve your problem by uninstall or disable your AV!
