Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi,

My apologies if this is a repeat question, I was unable to find any problem threads with "Razer" "deathstalker" or "Switchblade".

I bought a new Razer Deathstalker Ultimate keyboard and now absolutely none of the CH trainers work anymore. Or rather they work continuously as they seem to detect it as me spasming all over the number pad constantly. Things are getting activated and deactivated so fast that it locks up the trainer in seconds and of course makes the game unplayable. I suspect it is all due to the switchblade ui: www.razerzone.com/switchblade-ui/what

I did see the note in the FAQs to disable multimedia keyboards software, but that isn't possible in this case as it would also turn off my mouse not to mention that the numpad on this is a software numpad on the touchscreen. Basically disabling the software is not an option.

I tried customizing the keys to something other than the numpad, but the key customizer also goes bonkers when its opened and shows the key number being pressed changing as fast as my monitor can refresh.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if there's anything that can be done to make it compatible with the Switchblade UI. Your best bet is to program the macro keys to map to the numpad keys (even then you will be limited). This may be something to bring up to the attention of Razer to see if they can provide a solution to their keyboard.
