Basically I think they had bought GPUs and put them in rigs, but didn't send the coupon with the rig like they should have.

So they sold the stock of coupons for $1.99 and $1.99 shipping.

They did the same in Canada until someone wise enough put a stop to it, potentially if anyone has bought a machine with a recent purchased 650 or higher in it, they could smack newegg with a lawsuit because they never got it.

I noticed they have edited the price to 999.99 as to not look so bad.
