Heyy, uhmm ever since I started downloading trainers from the site, they seem to affect the games themselves... I get random lag spikes for like.. 5 - 10 minutes of game time, and then it does it again every 7 - 10 minutes. :s please help.

Trainers I'm talking about are for these games:

Skyrim
Sleeping Dogs
Fallout 3
Fallout New Vegas
Borderlands 2

(It seems like ALL of the trainers are affecting gameplay :s )

Thanks
-Sara

Have you tried to disable your AV? And you're sure it happens only with activated trainers?
