How exactly is it that I can allow my characters to move and take action indefinitely? I see a "turn points" counter, and a "turn points removed" options, and have tried refreshing, but the game seems to ignore the values I set and gives the enemy its usual turns, as well as mine. Is there any way this can possibly be accomplished?
That's what I tried initially, and I can't figure out why it's not working. The turn values aren't even refreshing after a full round, even when clicking the refresh button, although it is displaying some odd behavior occasionally like being able to take 10 reaction shots. It still rotates through every player as if the turns hadn't been modified.
I tried works good if you are on a mission to rescue civs.I took support player and only used 1 move then reset bit of a pain but that's the only way it will give you more moves.Used female the first time would not let me fire on aliens even with 2 moves to go.So reloaded and used male support and rescued all cives and also still let me fire on aliens when i reset to 2 moves again. I think you cannot select a player who has used all moves up.

Reviving this one, as there is a way to modify the move points beyond the usual two, with the editor.
Simply load the editor option and it should by default have 0 in the set movement mini box.
Simply add (in front of the existing 0 < extremely important, or trainer crashes) -9. This will end up showing as -90 and click set.
To check if it worked, go back into the game and the movement indicators beneath the health bars should have disappeared. Also the dash movement shouldn't show up any more (all moves are blue).
Tested and used this functions for all my terror missions with the current editor version.
