the ending reminds me of Mass Effect 3's one of 4 endings...

maybe devs were counting on players to start another similar to Bioware's fans' childplay donation funds to make the company MOAR well known! heheh

I liked the ending very much as my entire crew beamed off the ship the last second and landed in my living room for nachos and beer........
