I still encourage you to call it a "trainer" instead of an editor. Indeed it is a memory editor (so as any other trainer), but from a gamer's view it's a trainer that allows to modify the values it punches in. Most values won't even be saved in the savegame unless explicitly supported by the game, so word "editor" is VERY misleading. Normally it refers to savegame editors.
Then again, you obviously won't listen to me.

Hacking number of slots, even if possible, is pointless. Game won't save them, and upon reloading they will disappear. Probably even with charms equipped in them.

If it were a SAVEGAME EDITOR then we would call it a SAVEGAME EDITOR. It allows you to EDIT VALUES instead of simply turning them on or off or increasing them to a predetermined value, therefore it is an EDITOR.
BTW, seeing as this is MY WEBSITE, I can call it a FART BLOCKER if I wanted to.

Sorry 0x90, but the trainer/editor isn't allowing me to open it agian same with the Borderlands 2 editor. It says "Windows Cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this file." (same message) Any help with this would be awesome, im not a computer guy sorry, i really would love to use this in the future.
I did that, i turnt everything off, nothing was on at all, and it still comes up with that message. i dont understand. and it keeps saying its a virus (when i turn everything back on) even tho i know it isnt. sorry, im not sure what to do.
