You know what will happen don't you, you will disable it and you will play it for a long time, and something happens and you lose all that game play.

You will cry.... like a little girl :P

I think its in the options like save on travel etc.

EDIT: Actually there is only one auto-save, when you go into your journal in game, which you can turn off.

Yes Esc then Save Game.

I should keep that in mind, Anyway it seems like it don't work to disable the auto save feature
