You can beat the game with no deaths what so ever...
Not easy but possible.
Finished a game WITH the Trainer and Editor and had Zero Kills, Full Ghost and I tried my best to make the world a better place (didn't poison the elixirs, etc.) One body was found and I can only assume it was one of the three thugs outside of Granny's house saw their friend unconscious as my time-stop wore off for a brief second.
I was hoping for a spectacular new wonderful happy ending, but it was just the normal one (i know there wasn't one besides the low chaos, but I was hoping anyway). However, after the credits rolled I got a kiss from my girlfriend and she called me a Good-Boy... I guess that will have to do.

I ran through the first game pretty much sleep darting everyone, sparing all the side quests non-lethal style. Second time I am doing mass carnage, just to see what ending I get this time, was kind of a let down the first time.... Only people I am sparing are the courtesans and the other non-violent npc's.

Bloodbather here....tried doing it the sneaky way but I always get caught taking someone out the non lethal way....after like 6 or 7 kills the rats were running rampant in the sewers...pretty wild.......
Knocking them out, and hiding them like crazy. By far the most used power is Blink 2 for me. I have not killed anyone so far. I gotta say though, bend time and sleeper darts, super useful. This is really my first stealth game, and I figured that would be the best way to play it. However I plan on going for blood next playthrough, just to see the endings, and because, hell why not go full on murderous for revenge.
Also I wish to kill Wallace, hes a rat, I can just tell.

Very similar to 'Sandman Ghost' except I'm a lot less like a Ghost and a lot more like an armored tank, charging through hitting everyone with sleeping darts.
I think I'll go the killer route for hard difficulty and the stealth route for insane mode, just for laughs.
I try to use sleeping darts as often as possible, but I don't know why it seems to count them as dead a the end of the mission. Sometimes I wracked up 17 kills when most of those had to of been sleeping arrows, it makes no sense to me.
If they fall in water or from a high place they are counted as dead.Found this out in the Sewer choked a guy out did not think he was dead but I choked him when he was close to the water and when I finished I got 1 dead.
