Hi. I posted about not being able to get the "add engineers" to work in the trainer board (everything else works great in the trainer).

So i thought i'd try the editor to add engineers. When i activate the editor it shows a MASSIVE number of scientists that doesn't seem to realte to the actual number i have. Then when i try to edit either the scientists or the engineers it crashes the game.

Any ideas?

I would reccomend downloading cheatengine and search for the numbers. I use some options in the trainer and some with Cheatengine since some of the values change too much.

Are some things just hard coded in the game? For instance, I have 99,999 engineers and 99,999 scientists but it still takes 14 days to build certain things. Some things, namely items, like rifles and pistols are created instantly, but other things, still take a long time to make/build even with all those engineers.

I believe items are built at a certain speed no matter how many engineers you have. There is an option to "RUSH" a product which doubles the resource cost and halves (Roughly I don't know if it scales with the number of engineers) the time. Engineers are mainly needed in mass to create facilities more than item creation.

Research from scientists is something all together different. If you aren't noticing a research time drop see if the engineer requirement is being meet. Sometimes a game can read the number but doesn't fully process it. Usually, exiting and reloading the game will either reset the number or it should run fine with it.

Just my observations.

use the 'unlimited resources' option on the Editor. Sell one of an item amd the editor will flip it around to 9999 Works on anything you can sell on the grey market.

Have they opgraded the editor yet? Cause last time I used its, i got 99999 and the game freaked out on me, puttin my current research to 416+ days and not lowering when I went scanning. Also my facilities under construction didnt get worked on. So I have a feeling mine is buggered up. But the trainer works fine for some reason, go figure.
