Essentially I paid for the "Trainer Manager" to receive my free trainer. When I launched the trainer with the game (WarGame: European Escalation) I was met with an error which was caused by your product. If I had known the product was malfunctioning, I would of never ordered. I can't understand why you would even advertise a product that isn't functioning. Please update my version, or refund my money.
I'm aware of how trainers work. I have the respective version of the trainer for the game. The trainer is obviously blocked by the anti-cheat of the game, and is not working correctly. If you could be so kind to keep your customer happy, revoke the trainer I ordered, so I can choose another version that is properly working.
Sorry, but you only get one download with the trainer manager. There are about 100 trainers for this particular game. You will need to get a full membership if you would like to try them all. Either your game version is wrong or something on your PC is blocking/interfering with it.
