Are any reality shows on tv these days actually real?

most discovery channel/history channel/natgeo channel reality shows are about as real as you can get.

Not even Mythbusters is "real" in any kind of meaningful way.
Edit- it's important to realize that "reality" in "reality tv" doesn't refer to "reality" as in any kind of objective/truthful state of existence.
