I need some help...I was using the editor on the slots at Moxxis and the machines will only give me level 30 weapons for my level 35 Mecro, any else run into this and can I fix it?

The level of loot you get from anyone in Sanctuary (vending machines, slot machines, tip jar gifts) depends on Sanctuary's current "level" - which depends on your progress through the main story line. Sanctuary kind of levels up as the story progresses.
Yes, thanks for the update! Maybe now I can pick up things, even if the backpack size gets reset (as long as I don't lose anything).
