Go to "misc" tab and edit "Bank size". Oh and you may open your bank space and switch an item from bank to inventory and vice versa before editing it.

There is no "misc" tab.
On the left-hand side there are these selections: Player Editor Badass Bonus Editor Jackpot Jacky Info Troubleshooting
Any idea why I'm missing a "Misc" tab?

Missing the Misc. tab? Silly question, but have you made completely sure that you have the Newest downloaded update? Make sure to delete/rename any older versions before you unzip the newest update. Clear your temp/cache file as well as remove any desktop shortcuts. Unzip the newest update and make new shortcuts.

This is the first time I have used it, so there was NO older version, and yes, it was the latest version.
Could someone please describe where this "Misc" tab is supposed to be?

If your editor doesn't look like this then you are downloading the wrong file.

No, my editor doesn't look like that (it's missing a Misc tab).
I downloaded BORDERLANDS 2 EDITOR 1.0.35.4707 (09.27.2012). This is the first one listed under "TRAINERS AND EDITORS". It appeared to be the most current based on the dating.
But, I will delete what I have and start over. I really do want the Bank edit feature.

Requested feature: add an option to edit the Claptrap Secret Stash bank to facilitate transferring items between characters on the same profile (current max is 4).
