Regarding bells in the slot machine: As far as has been deduced so far, the bells weren't properly addressed with a numeric result by the developers, thus it's as of right now impossible to get 3 bells.
So lost on this one, people talking about in Editor and in Forums....where do I go to use this Slot machine for to get orange weapons and use the editor for like to get different color and matching icons?

Would still love the ability to edit/fix Badass Rank with the CH Editor, since it spiraled out of control into the millions due to Exp glitch / "Heal Plz" rolling by every 2 seconds.

Have you tried creating a new character and seeing if the problem persists? I doubt its a problem with the profile file but rather your character itself being glitched/bugged.

Slots are in Moxxi's in Sanctuary.
And sometimes you come across some mobs that are back-packing the same slot machines.
You can also play these machines after killing said mob
