For curiosity's sake, did your mouse wheel scrolling break after you made that increase? I tried to pump mine to 72 like BL1 and couldn't scroll down anymore - but it might've been the menu just being difficult.
The inventory not scrolling problem isn't caused by editing backpack slots. I was getting it intermittently even with only 12 slots, long before I tried the editor. It's simply a bug in the game.
I got to say, its a hell of a lot better trainer to play with than any other trainer out there, however be nice you could add gold keys for that damn golden chests, thats the part I liked the most of the last trainer, and now it dont work [sad face]
Having an issue with BORDERLANDS 2 EDITOR 1.0.35.4707 (09.27.2012),This morning.
I started steam in offline mode and the editor didn't seem to work. It worked last night in offline mode.
About to try again in online mode then revert to offline. My intent was to avoid anymore fast patches.
Maybe an anti-virus issue? Still looking into it. Anyone else have this issue?
Not sure what the issue was. zero's would come up on shield and backpack slots. And my $ was lower. Anytime I set a value it wouldn't change it,so I am re-downloading it. Odd
Re-Downloaded it and it still doesn't work. I had made a new char leveled him to 2 but quit before earning the first shield. Maybe an issue with to low a character?
Figured it out. Problems are from running the trainer and the editor simultaneously.
I had to start the editor first and set my values then start the trainer.
So is there any way to keep the changes you make with the Editor permanent in your savegame, even when the Editor is not running?
I concur with this. I would like for the changes made to be permanent if possible.
There was a post about this back in the chain. I opened 75 backpack slots and they have saved. Other things do not. But don't quote me on that as there was talk about saving badass stats.
Seems the 4707 builds of the trainer and editor do not like each other. Some conflicts there. Guess that is to be expected.

Caliber provdided a trainer where you can increase your gold keys (i think).
As Caliber and me might using the same game functions i can't garantuee that both will work together (as mentioned in the notes).
About permanent features: Someone said he made the badass bonus permanent by changing them and spent some badass points on them the legal way. Except ammo, bonus, speed and height with features aren't saved too?
Saving Ammo permanently Try this: Edit the upper value, shoot with the weapon, reload, save and quit. Load savegame and it should be saved.
