so i im in tvhm and it dont seem enimies are droping much loot and if they do they only drop like white and green loot not purple or orange am i to power ful to get decent loot? aslo flints not droping anything at all not even his tinderbox
I had the pre-order +5% to find rarer loot relic. I almost never found anything above green, and green was a pretty low droprate as well. Still only 1st play-through though and better loot usually drops on 2nd time around.
That +5% relic... I could understand if 80% of drops are Supposed to be White and 20% are Green with 0% going to blue or better... because when I sell off my backpack, I'm MAYBE finding 1 blue item that isn't a quest reward. So far in 30 levels I have found THREE purple items, two were class-mods, not for my class, and 1 was a shield that had lower stats than a green shield 1 level higher. (all none boss drops of course).
I stopped using that relic at level 28, and now use one to augment my skills better.
As for Flint's Tenderbox gun, It may have fallen over the side of the ship. I've seen loot sometimes explode out of people and go flying pretty far. Also, the sheriff in Lynchburg died on top of a building I could not jump onto (invisible wall) and was essentially unlootable.
I'm just level 31. Terra is an end-game boss, which would make it level 50ish. Think Crawmax the Invincible on steroids. Also, I don't have the quest for him and have no idea where to look. Like Crawmax, his area will probably open once you get the quest.
