Just experienced a little problem using trainer 1.11.5.3. I was at end of Act I against the Grand Regent with Unlimited Health / Mana and he also has Unlimited Health (not sure about Mana) or at least his regen capabilities were beyong any hope to defeat him.
I had to turn off Unlimited Health Off (I kept Mana On) in order to be able to beat him
I dunno if it's the same for the others Act's End Boss or just for this one or even random common enemies but it's the first time it happened.

Both the Grand Regent and Chillhoof did this to me as well. I turned off the Unlimited Health and proceeded to run around like a headless chicken (playing on Veteran made it a tense fight).
Chillhoof was normal for me or at least it's increased "regen capabilities" were'nt enough against me. But I recall thinking I've killed him, continue exploring the cave (searching for the master key) and re-finding him ; so maybe it was almost killed and mega-regen in betwwen (but it's purely hypotetical)

I noticed this problem too. Chillhoof was just invincible with the health cheat on. I had to toggle it off and scamper about onscreen trying not to get hit while I was damaging him.
And I was on highest difficulty and using an Outlander...ouch.
Looks like when you turn on the inf health, boss fight will be a problem. I'm now facing the dragon and always get myself killed. Can the trainer wizards here look into this?
For the Bosses HP issue: Has anyone tired using the NUM * Weaken target option over the boss? That might be a way around the issue. Haven't seen the issue myself, so I've no idea if it'll work. But it's a suggestion.
