I think we'll need more info than "doesn't work" to help you troubleshoot things. Check the troubleshooting guide for more obvious things (Link) Try running it with administrator privileges. Make sure to hit F1 at the main menu.
The Russian version likely uses a different exe file, possibly due to localization differences. (Thus the trainer failing at altering the targeted memory addresses since they differ for that version.)
EDIT: New update? latest should still be patch #3 and the newest trainer is working with that.
