Huh....did somebody say ......UPDATE? ( still laughing over the last two public panics here)...thanks PWizard and crew for yet another fine and fun filled job.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------- It's all in the......whoops!
Do yourselves a favour guys, go to c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 2\Binaries\Win32 or: c:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 2\Binaries\Win32
MAKE A BACKUP OF borderlands2.exe name it borderlands2.4707.exe
NOW whenever the game developers make again a patch in 1 day flat, or whatever, just start borderlands2.4707.exe
ANd you can still use the corresponding trainer, and or editor.
Simple and effective and it also gives cal and pwiz and 0x90 some slack, not to cough up and again a new updated trainer and editor

Well, it looks like my crashing problem may not be trainer/editor related. The game keeps crashing at the same point during the Roland rescue mission - the point where Krank chimes in and says $100,000 for Roland. Halfway through that line, the game crashes. Happens with or without the trainer or editor. Just great.
