    Love the sarcasm Pwizard.

Is BL2 gonna go the way of dungeon defenders soon? They are patching just as frequently so I am concerned. If it could go into "trainers no longer updated" mode. Could you hold off on new trainers for a month or so? Till gearbox gets it's sh%t together? I know this would upset a few but us adults will understand and deal.

FYI to those who do not know. You can turn off autoupdates in steam. This would prevent you from joining online games, but you can still play in offline mode over a LAN.

I dont see a lot of patching being needed for the game. The bug recently fixed was some issue with the /ignore/ feature. (whoopidy-do! ya don't like someone, don't play with them, I give a crap about an ignore feature)

Autoupdate is turned off on mine but if there's an update and I try to run the game it updates before the game will start.

@Eschelon. I agree the game seems to be fine but they have released 3 or 4 updates since release 2 weeks ago. That is not a good sign.

@Sorenson. If the game is already activated prior to a new patch you can place steam in offline mode and play without the update. Unfortunately you need to be online to activate the game for the first time which does autoupdate. This game is the first I saw that forces updates on you. I have several games that play fine with autoupdate turned off and update only when I turn it back on.

The updates do no harm I am just concerned the frequent updates will make the powers that be turn this into another dungeon defenders. My suggestion was just a waiting out the storm scenario.
