Everything in the trainer works fine for me after d/ling and installing Tina's DLC except for unlimited health. Even after enabling it, my health still goes down like normal.

Unlimited Health works OK, I just never use it because for some reason, whenever I do, the monsters are easier to kill; their health is around 5% by default when they spawn.
We’re the middle children of history. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War’s a spiritual war… our Great Depression is our lives.

Wait, so when you turn to unlimited health, your health stays unlimited and enemies health is only 5% (when spawning)?

People don't ask for an updated trainer when a DLC comes out, most of the time the .exe file is not updated with a DLC because DLC is just data being added to the game.
Like in Skyrim, Fallout games, XCOM, Civ V etc etc
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA

I love you guy for trainers but can you beta test the trainer for Borderlands 2 so it'll run better
P.S i apoligise for saying this but you should do that with the games that are most played

For troubleshooting purposes trying with and without the trainer is a good start to isolate that it really is a function in the trainer that is causing a crash.
Then it would be helpful to try the functions one or at most only a few at a time to ideally find which one is causing that behavior.
Unsure if the DLC (And latest patch since it added support for it.) has some new functionality that is related to this issue but so far the trainer has worked without issue for me but I've not explored every area in the game with this latest version of both trainer and game since I recently started over when the new difficulty mode was released.
