I followed the van until I could force it into a blocked situation. It could no longer move, so I got out of da car and got into da van........problem solved

its faster and safer (for the van at least) to use action hijack. a "skill" you learn pretty early in the game. and if you got the free just cause 2 clothes dlc (unlocked by having a just cause 2 save file) your range for this skill is increased.

i m not able to hijack cake van...anyone plz teach me how i hijack that van???

You must follow car, be very close behind it little left side of it, then push hijack button (Q in default) and Wei Shen will go out from car a little, and jump arrow will be show. If arrow is green push Q again and he will jump to it. If its white need be closer.
