I have GOTY(Game Of The Year) edition retail box which includes all the DLCs and after trying all 3 trainers that you have, this is what happened..

1. Game crash right after I press #1 for health
2. Other options won't work

Please note that..

1. I have tested with GFWL account and local account, both yield the same result
2. All trainers are run as admin
3. AV is disable while testing

I can send you the exe if needed.
