Dont quite get that since you pay more for the box and dvd compared to online quite often, and with the download version no worries about the disc getting damaged, and you dont need to dig through all your games for 1 specific one just choose from a list.

Most of the games today also require the online access in order to play it, so why not also download it when you already need a online connection for the drm.
