Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I was just wondering if this is something that can be incorporated as a trainer option for all games, or does it only work if the game in question has some sort of support for slow motion?

Recently tried the slow-mo option for Prototype 2 and it was excellet, very fun for going around causing havoc. I can think of a few open world games which a slow-mo option would be great for - so can this be added as an option into more trainers/games?
