Usually, games that get frequently patched like this, CH will wait for the devs to fix/stabilize/whatever the game rather that going to a bunch of extra work for nothing. Especially in light of how difficult it is to make a trainer for this game due to the plethora of anti-cheat stuff embedded in the game.
If you're at a point in the game that you just can't get past without the trainer, you may want to take a short break and wait for the inevitable "Week 1" patches that have depressingly become the norm for many games.
I saw the 1.1 when I first started the game, but all the options still worked. Apparently Steam updated to 1.3 without me realizing it, and it no longer works (though it doesn't crash the game, just does nothing). All I really want is the money cheat, but I can't seem to do that myself either...
