It's possible, because you can use cheat engine. For people who want to look up stuff, health is a float and you can use the stat menu to help find stuff. Money and the tokens are 4 byte. I didn't really try to find anything else. If you want a good way to get gear, you just give yourself 50000 gilt/money and then 50 of the tokens and go buy the random chests, buy the possessed first then a lot of the purple one, wear the gear you want then sacrifice the rest to level up your weapon.
The game is awesome, I really liked the first one too but it seems that Darksiders 2 is more ported from console to PC then the first one was, by the way how do you find experience with Cheat Engine?
