I just don't know what the guy is saying, but he is hinting at it cause he is trying to say (IMHO) "Protections are not allowing me to play"
It honestly sounds more like he's afraid of being vanned by a government intelligence agency. Probably just preference on my part.
What do you mean by scanners?
Are you trying to cheat online?
Are you trying to play a game you didn't pay for?
If either of them, then you will not get help.

Really, I think you need to explain your intent a little more thoroughly as it does sound like you are attempting to use warez from this user's point of view. Sorry to think the worst, but sometimes I am a glass is half-full kind of guy.

To those looking for a modded exe file to help stop with the problems you are getting for in game scanning e.g. game protection against cheats. I have an old file on my box server. Now please note, I do not encourage or condone the other actions these files can be used for! So if you are doing it naughty (e.g. pirating) then it is on your hands.
So those needing the file feel free to pm me. Note I am not on here everyday. So I might not see your pm till am on or check my emails. But I will get to you.
