Yes. All that does is just implement a screen that calls the Trident engine (which is essentially IE) into your Firefox window.

Microsoft has posted a security fix to this. You should run Windows Update if you wish to use IE9 safely. Here is a link with more details about the vulnerability (discovered just last month):

It appeared as a Cumulative Security Update for IE on my machine. Microsoft might have some wacky time scheme for European releases of their updates though.

It was listed but under the optional updates. Which is the dumbest thing ever, hidden amongst the 100+ language/font packs >.<
EDIT: I tell a lie a more updated fix is listed under critical, as KB2722913, released yesterday
