I would like to know where I could find the patch 15 to install it so I could run the Trainer for patch 15 !?

Ummm its on Steam which the game needs to run from.
So unless you disabled auto updating for the game, it should be on patch 15 right now. Right click the game in your list and goto properties and on the new window goto Updates and make sure its auto-updated.
