I still play Rome TW TODAY after god knows how many years, it's still one of my favourites...so you can bet your right hand i will be front line to spend my hard earned cash on this one! I think the only day i will stop loving the TW franchise and buying every game, release, dlc, etc... they put out there is the day they introduce fantasy/sorcery/monstrosities in it...hate that s***! Make a TW release of Skyrim and i'm outta there!
P.S. i would play a good LOTR or GoT conversion though
Let me just say, this game can't be releashed fast enough. There are a few games in my life that I have actually taken off work, (effected my income people) like a TW game, and this one WILL be one of those games. I'm talking midnight release, play all weekend until my eyes bleed. I can not WAIT for this game. WHO'S WITH ME!
I'm so pumped about this game, I really love Rome history games and I think this will be the best yet!!
I Hope That be started from 700BC that Mede Or Kurdish Medyan Empire and Persian Empire Be Enabled !! because total war has not build real ancient total war ever !!
can't wait for this game, as i only dreamed from this! and i dont think that they will make a ww1 or 2 game, as there are plenty enough games who have there theme in that. play Company of Heroes if you want something like that

I cannot wait. release is not until Sept 2013. For those that are complaining about going back to swords/shields etc I think personally that this type of game is better suited to swords rather than guns.
If they where to progress the game further through the years it would no longer be about deploying legions onto a battlefield.
I cannot wait for this game, there is very few games I play/buy and this is by far the one I look forward to the most.
