You should get a confirmation email from GoDaddy to say your payment is complete, then trialpay then continues to pay CH who give you your product.
Your issue to be honest is with GoDaddy. Although your payment on your credit card may look like its went through it can also be a frozen payment until it finally clears.
But either way GoDaddy is the people to talk to on why the offer didn't finalise.
EDIT: To your last post, again I don't know why you are attacking CH... CH can't do anything until GoDaddy do what they have to do.
In My Honest Opinion (IMHO) I think you are being impatient.

It is not a frozen payment. I just spoke to the billing department, they have received the payment.
Trial pay can't find my order. There is some sync problem somewhere.
At the moment, Godaddy refuses to help, trial pay wants me to wait days (when it said "instantly" and cheathappens refuses to look into the matter unless they have the order from trialpay.
As a customer, I'm quite helpless in this situation.

Please don't say I'm being impatient. If I were impatient, I would have not paid $30 on a trainer for a game which cost $4.98 to buy (H.A.W.X. 2) when I can try to get the same trainer on some cracked website or the h4x0r one.
I did it the right way, opted for the fastest and most convenient method and it failed to sync. It's not my fault and I SHOULDN'T be expected to be patient. CH and PWizard should learn to understand the value of distraught customers and address to their concerns than throwing their hands up.
Also, as much as you're trying to help me, and I appreciate the help, it'd be helpful not taking that patronizing tone.
I paid for this, this is not a free product I'm complaining over. I have the right to be impatient. Thank you very much.
As it clearly states on our upgrade page:
"Pay by completing ONE offer with our partners at TrialPay. As soon as your offer has been verified, your account will be immediately upgraded."
It is not our fault that you are having issues with TrialPay. Until we get confirmation from them that you have completed the payment, we can do nothing. We process successful payments from TrialPay on a daily basis. It would be quite easy for anyone to simply claim they paid via TrialPay and try to get a free membership. If you are so unhappy, then simply cancel the order with TrialPay and use your credit card to purchase a membership directly.
That's why I said, I'll provide you the receipt in the pdf format as given to me by godaddy.com
I'm even willing to privately provide you the godaddy username and password for you to login and verify the purchase timestamp.
I'll also provide the email communication between me and trialpay.
I can't cancel it or I would have, the payment is already made to godaddy.
You may or may not have faced customers who make false claims, but I'm providing you with ample proof and even allowing you to login to my godaddy account to verify.

No matter if CH staff decides to threaten GoDaddy with a Thermo Nuclear Strike, if GoDaddy haven't finalised your payment and sent you confirmation then they haven't sent that to Trialpay who in turn cannot pay CH for your account upgrade, then nothing the Staff here can do about it.
It's understandable you will be upset about it, but you are talking to a preverbial "brick wall" here.. as I said nothing can be done from CH's end until Trialpay get the info from GoDaddy.
Again it is the weekend and things can take a bit longer.

Until CH gets confirmation from trialpay, CH can do nothing, and trialpay can only do that when GoDaddy give them the info they need.
The only thing I can think of that went wrong is you didn't use the link from the trialpay site or you have cookies blocked on your browser.
Again you have to be in contact with GoDaddy. I cannot reiterate that anymore, until then CH's hands are tied.
