Since Cheathappens doesn't own or run the other sites, its a bit unfair to have a go at CH for this.
Some things are not always automatically done instantly, they may take time, if you paid by bank transfer that can take up to 4 banking days to fully clear and so on.
Its a CC payment, it was instant, the billing was fully updated, I have the receipt.
If CH is aware of synchronisation problems with trial pay, then it should be mentioned that there could be a delay or possibly failure of sync(whereas it was mentioned " will be updated immediately" under godaddy)
I'm a customer who clicked on an option provided by CH. If it doesn't work, I shouldn't be the one "expected to understand".
If CH had mentioned the possibility of a sync problem, then I would have opted to pay in full directly.
and I have not received any email except one from trialpay mentioning that they can't find the order for the receipt that I sent across to them.
