Please be aware that trialpay offers DO NOT work. I just selected the offer of registering a godaddy product, which upon completion did not give me any trialpay order OR upgrade my cheathappens.
Contacting cheathappens support, trialpay and godaddy has been unfruitful so far.
Cheathappens support wants me to wait for the order number from trialpay. Trialpay wants me to wait for 48 hours and godaddy simply won't deal with this problem.
This is how a customer is given a run around due to no fault of his own and some system failing to update.
Ironic that this website is named "Cheat happens"... maybe it's quite appropriate in this instance.
Since Cheathappens doesn't own or run the other sites, its a bit unfair to have a go at CH for this.
Some things are not always automatically done instantly, they may take time, if you paid by bank transfer that can take up to 4 banking days to fully clear and so on.

Its a CC payment, it was instant, the billing was fully updated, I have the receipt.
If CH is aware of synchronisation problems with trial pay, then it should be mentioned that there could be a delay or possibly failure of sync(whereas it was mentioned " will be updated immediately" under godaddy)
I'm a customer who clicked on an option provided by CH. If it doesn't work, I shouldn't be the one "expected to understand".
If CH had mentioned the possibility of a sync problem, then I would have opted to pay in full directly.
and I have not received any email except one from trialpay mentioning that they can't find the order for the receipt that I sent across to them.

Thank you for using TrialPay and taking the time to send us your receipt. I have carefully checked your customer log, and it appears that our system was unable to track the completion of the Go Daddy offer you recently viewed.
You should get a confirmation email from GoDaddy to say your payment is complete, then trialpay then continues to pay CH who give you your product.
Your issue to be honest is with GoDaddy. Although your payment on your credit card may look like its went through it can also be a frozen payment until it finally clears.
But either way GoDaddy is the people to talk to on why the offer didn't finalise.
EDIT: To your last post, again I don't know why you are attacking CH... CH can't do anything until GoDaddy do what they have to do.
In My Honest Opinion (IMHO) I think you are being impatient.
