I still vote BatMan. And,if you really think about it,BatMan is a sort of Assassin. The dark mask/hood and cloak/cape,stealth tech,weapons tech,martial art/combat skills.
If you really look at both these characters,i think you will see alot of similiarities.

It's more probable for Batman to hidden-blade Ezio. Not likely, eh?
Also not a believer of the whole "If Batman was in Ezio's era he would totally pwn him..." concept. If Ezio was in Batman's era, he'd be struggling without having the dark knight to worry about.

Impossible. They're not even from the same universe, let alone era. The only way the two could ever meet is through some sort of universe shift, which would probably destroy the both of them. Also, Batman. And then Spiderman.
