The trainer works fine for me except the unlimited health (that doesn't work), this is for patched v1 as currently posted retail version. Anyone else getting this?

i dropped grenades in front of me and blew them up and never died.. i never died from gunfire.
make sure to press numpad 0 between missions and cutscenes to reactivate the trainer.. the game dynamically injects and de-injects program .dll's
