Since I haven't played this game since it was first released,A wonderful game BTW, what is hero mode again?

Woohoo! 1st reply! Anyway, hero mode is a duplicate of the game that is availible to play after you beat regular mode. In it you lose hearts twice as fast and there are no heart flowers ANYWHERE!!! (it sucks)

Hero Mode is a game mode that is enabled once you beat the game in Normal mode.
Hero Mode is pretty much for those that like a challenge and dislike being spoon fed all the time.
