@jackbig: yea...i'll give Salvation Prophecy a try.

@Inixen: thanx buddy. but Nexus is a pretty old game. r u sure it'll run on Win7 Ultimate?

@DABhand: the first few missions in Homeworld 2 were fairly easy but as u progress in the game..its getting tough

I just finished haegemonia legions of iron .
And i must say this game is the best space game i have seen
next to the homeworld series and nexus the jupiter incident

Except some crashes which mostly happen i think with windows 7
operating systems, a sound error box pops up, now and then
which means you need to save game a lot

The rest of the game runs flawlessly.

Certainly worth while to play

giving this a 8/10

What about Endless Space (game is to be released today)

check this (p)review for a good understanding of the game.

yea...i saw it too on IGN...but they don't have a clue as to its actual release...if at all. reading its Preview...looks impressive. Link
just not sure when its actually being released.

just looked on steam, "i have the beta version", it says release in 2 hours, depending i think on location where you are at.

yea...its turn based i just discovered. so i think i'll pass. looks impressive though and i wish it had been RTS.

homeworld 1+2 all time classics
nexus under rated and is one of my fave games ever
haegemonia is another under rated gem

it is kinda dissapointing that thats all there is really nots not a lot when you compaire it FPS's or even ground based RTS

I think i found the game for you now..you just have to wait for its release, but it looks promising and it mixes TBS with RTS.
