Does anyone know how to get a promotion... Do i have to go somewhere special or just follow the game

Good morning lads,
im here to discuss about a strange error/crash used to be,surely for my bad,when i'm using the trainer with "Add xp" option.
The good thing is: my group was full level up (10/15/15 at this moment) but,for a mistake,i pressed the "Add xp" key and now im crashing everytime a single char. is earning experience because he "can't" earn more then the one he has.
Now the question is: how i can "delete" the fake xp earned with the trainer and avoid the crash?
I have to change all my group and start from lvl 0 or whatelse?
Please help me find a solution.
