so far i haven't seen or recieved one message from any CH members. we've gotten no correspondence from blizzard either. but what dabhand is saying is true. it doesn't matter WHAT we did or tried to do to make this trainer SP only and irrelevant to MP users.. blizzard might ban your account at any time if they so choose to do so. we think that it is not necessary to do that, but if they choose to do it i am not to blame for blizzard taking that stance and banning d3 accounts.
BE FORWARNED.. THERES NOTHING WE CAN OR WILL DO TO TRY AND HIDE FROM BLIZZARD IF THEY CHOOSE TO BAN THIS TRAINER AND ACCOUNTS. we DID try to make it so that the trainer can't be abusive to MP play.

Ive used the trainer hell of a lot, guess I need to stop and hope for the best, its a god send in pony level looking for the cat to bug them out
weeeeeeelllllllllll i guess the only good thing in Aus that if i buy D3 from EBgames in Aus. and somehow i use the trainer & got ban i can go back to the shop and say they ban my accout for no reason. then get my money back lol.. act dumb and say i dont no why thy ban me i was only playing my game next day try to play it again i cant go log back it... hahahaaa i wonder if Cail . PWiz & cheathappens team work together to hack Bilzar how well can they do it?? & who will be the winner? no offence to the team, this question was from one person that no nothing about hacking & botting & so on whatever you people are doing... i do respect the cheathappens team for given so manny good cheat in past 2yrs of my membership.. thanx guys

If you do that, you will have committed fraud.
But I doubt they will give money back for D3, they will tell you "oh you got banned... ask Blizzard why and get it fixed as we can't resell this title"
This kind of behaviour is what costs people their jobs in the long run with a huge amount of people doing the exact same thing. Its got so bad that specific stores will only sell PC games online or digitally and never stock in stores.

I agree with the sentiment being posted here...Blizzard takes my money and should keep it's hands off my private gaming experience. I completely understand them not wanting cheating within online mulitplayer games. But, taking this extreme measure against those of us who do NOT play online is just plain wrong. And if they don't change this policy, I also won't be buying anything else from Blizzard.

I thought most places didn't accept returns or trade ins on PC games.
