Direct Line of sight only applys to those of Skill Rating 13 and below. Those above have been known to kill enemy leaders as far away as 150 miles. I am unable to quote my sources as doing so is a breach of Patriot Act Provision 19354 Section D Subsection B.

i'm not just a Teep...i'm a Teek as well...mwuahahahahahahaha
If I remember rightly, Leeta was well beyond a 12 after the Vorlons messed with her, and she still needed to be on a direct line of sight.
@Saurabhfzd: YOU PROGRAMMED TALIA DIDN'T YOU?! Then dissected her brain and munched on the little pieces to gain her tallent.
Remember kids: the effects are really spoiled when you forget to quote.

yea...Leeta was under-training under Bester to become a Psy-Cop and only P12's became Psy-Cops...so yea...she was a P12 but after the Vorlons messed with her...she went well above and beyond a P12...some wud say she became the most powerfull Teep ever. and no...she didn't usually need a line of sight. only on some occasions when the target was enormous in size like a planet. she had gone above and beyond usual Teeps. her powers cud radiate for hundreds of miles in every direction.

Hmm... fair enough. I know she needed to be on a line of sight with Shadow vessels, but I can't remember off the top of my head when she was used on people.
Also... "Talia was delicious" is somehow one of the most disturbing things I've read in a while for some reason.

yea...um...i'm sorry if i didn't clarify further. if the target was big and fast. two instances: Zah'dum and the Shadow vessels was when she needed to be in line of sight and was at a stage when she was going through the process of fully understanding her powers( u remember her eyes used to turn all black...but later on they glowed white when she was at the peek of her powers). i think it was during the Byron series when it was inferred that she didn't need line of sight(i cud be mistaken though).
