OMG why is this old title still even patching?
what are they doing with it?

My guess is that Valve prepare the coming of their hardware on November 10 and they got a deal with some developers to "enhance" their old games to be fully compatible with the new hardware.

Heck they even released an update not so long ago for KOTOR 2

I have the non-steam version game. Is there an update for the 181 trainer? Love this game and the trainer while it was working.

I too would like to have access to a trainer for the retail version of Max Payne 3 - ver.1.0.0.196

Unfortunately the .exe is 23,740, even compressed my email client would probably reject it.

Can you upload it to some location such as Google Drive or One Drive, or some other place? If you zip it up in an uncommon format (e.g. 7z or RAR) then it's unlikely it would be disturbed by anything.

I have uploaded the .exe file to Google Drive as requested and sent the link to Chris O'Rourke, I hope it has worked 🤔
