Retail version also just got updated via the launcher to 1.0.0.22 so here's the exe if it helps, I assume they have the Steam version and can just update it without anything being required though if not someone else can just send that exe I guess.
I can confirm 2 things when using the No-CD trainer:
1) that infinite ammo indeed stops working while bulletdodging (space+w/s/a/d) and/or while in cover (Q)
and
2) that with trainer option 2 on you cannot kill enemies through sheer "riddled with bullets" effort. It has to be a headshot or they have to take more damage with one bullet than they have health. I stood shooting this guy in the legs/chest/arms/ass for like 5 minutes just watching him fall back down and I'd pop him again everytime he went to try and get up again. But even after what was, I'm sure, 40 or 50 bullets he was still alive and moving and didn't die until I put one through his head.
So recap: option 4 not working in dodge or cover, and option 2 works for everyone.

Good trainer guys. I'm happy. All around works very well.
I did notice in under rare/specific circumstances the no reload option doesn't work. This is a minor/negligible issue though and is fixed by simply leaving cover. I'm not sure if it can even be fixes (or if you'd want to bother with it).
Just in case, the issue happens after cut scenes when a scene ends with you in cover or with a new weapon type. My guess is this has something to do with the fact that you are not 'switching' weapons to the new weapon, it's just replacing your currently held weapon with whatever fits the scene.
Thanks again for the quick trainer, like I said, not sure it's something even worth bothering with but thought I'd offer my feedback.
I have not tried this with the new trainer (the one released on the 5th) so I cannot confirm if this is still an issue.
yep, but most of, if not all those kills where with head shots, even the automatic guns you used, one or 2 shots hit their heads, which killed them, you can unload a full magazine into their chest or other body parts, and the just fall down and get back up again. Not that this is a big deal, its kinder fun actually.
And as for my problem, i returned my exe and stuff back to their orginal versions, and created a new profile, and set it to auto login, then i exited, and applied the fix again, and now it works fine.
Also, using the fix means it wont patch, so i can keep playing till trainer is updated too.
