Sniper Elite V2 Message Board  

Hi all

I have a question about a game save location, I download a game save posted on the maint page od Sniper Elite V2 copyed in

C:\Users\Stefan\AppData\Local\SniperV2\PC_ProfileSaves

but when I load up a game, I dont see any chacges it still loads up my old one please if cant help ? thx in advance

C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files


they should be the saves

I'm having the same exact problem. I searched everywhere for a complete save game, because when I restarted my laptop last night my save game was completely erased! Now this one won't work even though its in the correct file as instructed in the download info.

Also Samacha, I'm not sure what you mean as there are no saves in that directory you referenced above. Anyone have any ideas on what to do with this?

Nio there is notting on that path only my Winamp settings

NOTE: there are no savegames, just checkpoint. Game runs in Steam Cloud.

It took me like 10 seconds to find them.

SAVE LOCATION*:

C:\Program Files\Steam\userdata\UR USER ID\63380\remote\sniperv2\pc_profilesaves

C:\Users\UR USERNAME\AppData\Local\SniperV2\PC_ProfileSaves


* original, Steam version of game. Windows 7.

I know that the saves are under

C:\Users\UR USERNAME\AppData\Local\SniperV2\PC_ProfileSaves

But how am I to access the checkpoint?

I have placed the save game file I downloaded in the directory stated above, but upon running the game I am not given the choice to select a mission, or continue a game. Only to start a new game.

Is there an error with the file itself, or my program?

i am having the same problem if anyone can figure it out please let me know!!!!!!!!
