iam new here when i download a trainer its download normally but when download get 99.4% its stoped ! iam using IDM ..

Silly question, have you tried without IDM?

One other possible is this, your AV scanner may be scanning it at 100% but it shows at 99.4% and can be blocking it from finalising the download.
